Taking to his Instagram, he shared a few videos of how he has been exercising for his spine. However, it is suggested to not try exercises without supervision, Karan is a pro at these exercises and has been doing them for quite some time now. The only positive outcome of this lockdown is the fact that people have a lot more time to work on themselves as compared to their usual hectic schedule.
